About the K1 visa
The K-1 visa is granted to the fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen who intends to marry in the United States. After entering the country and marrying within the required legal timeframe, the beneficiary may apply for Adjustment of Status to become a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), provided all other legal requirements are met.
To qualify for a K-1 visa, both parties must be legally free to marry (meaning they must be single, divorced, or widowed) and must demonstrate that they have met in person at least once within the two years preceding the filing of the petition.

My practice is focused on immigration matters, with an emphasis on the strategic organization of petitions, evidentiary structuring, and technical case management before USCIS, the NVC, and U.S. consulates. Each case is analyzed individually, with careful attention to legal requirements and the unique circumstances of every family.
